Widget customization controls how customers experience support on the website. Keep it branded, readable, and lightweight. The widget supports light and dark theme configuration, help content, smooth expand/collapse, chat history, calls, and bottom navigation.
Theme controls
- Customize light mode colors and background.
- Customize dark mode colors and background.
- Use bottom-right or bottom-left launcher position only.
- Keep message bubbles compact and render long AI answers with markdown formatting.
- Expanded widget should animate smoothly and return to configured normal size.
