Email channel

Connect email support for structured, slower customer conversations.

Email is a paid advanced channel. It should not be available on Starter. When unavailable, show clear upgrade messaging instead of confusing preview copy.

Setup checks

  • Configure sender identity and inbound address.
  • Send a test inbound email.
  • Reply from dashboard and verify delivery.
  • Confirm contact matching and thread grouping.
  • Use email tone for AI: structured, complete, and easy to reference later.
