Understand plans, feature gates, discounts, trials, usage limits, and custom add-ons.
Billing should be predictable before checkout. Customers should see the correct plan price, automatic discount, trial state, due today amount, usage limits, and add-on quantity before payment.

Add-ons
- Extra conversations: custom quantity with a minimum amount.
- Extra voice minutes: custom quantity with a minimum amount.
- Extra team seats: custom quantity with clear cost calculation.
- Extra knowledge bases and knowledge storage units: extend knowledge capacity.
Contact hard-delete is disabled from the app. This protects conversation history, call logs, audit trails, and usage limits. Editing contact identity is allowed; deleting support history to reduce usage is not allowed.
