Notifications
Keep agents aware of assignments, new conversations, SLA risk, handoff requests, and approval requests.
Notifications help agents notice work even when they are not staring at the inbox. The product includes in-app notifications, optional browser notifications, and email notification infrastructure.
Notification types
- New conversation notification.
- Assigned-to-me notification.
- SLA at-risk or breached notification.
- AI handoff request notification.
- Action approval request notification.
Channels
