AI Improvements

Review unanswered questions, low-confidence answers, handoff reasons, and suggested knowledge notes inside Knowledge Base.

AI Improvements is a lightweight quality center inside Knowledge Base. It does not add a heavy AI profile or complex evaluation UI. It turns real failed questions into useful knowledge updates.

What it shows

  • Unanswered questions where AI had no verified answer.
  • Low-confidence answers that need source improvement.
  • Human handoff reasons and repeated escalation patterns.
  • Top missing topics extracted from recent customer questions.
  • Suggested KB note title and draft content that an admin can copy into a real source.
  • Conversation links so the team can inspect original context.

Workflow

Steps
  1. 1Open Knowledge Base > AI Improvements.
  2. 2Review top missing topics first.
  3. 3Open the conversation link for context.
  4. 4Create or update a KB source with the official answer.
  5. 5Re-test the same question from the widget.
