What it shows
- Unanswered questions where AI had no verified answer.
- Low-confidence answers that need source improvement.
- Human handoff reasons and repeated escalation patterns.
- Top missing topics extracted from recent customer questions.
- Suggested KB note title and draft content that an admin can copy into a real source.
- Conversation links so the team can inspect original context.
Workflow
Steps
- 1Open Knowledge Base > AI Improvements.
- 2Review top missing topics first.
- 3Open the conversation link for context.
- 4Create or update a KB source with the official answer.
- 5Re-test the same question from the widget.
