Agent Copilot is an internal assistant for human support agents. It is not shown to the customer. It helps agents draft replies, summarize conversations, rewrite text, translate, suggest next actions, and find similar resolved conversations.
Plan availability
Agent Copilot is available on Pro and Scale only. Free and Starter see an upgrade prompt, and the backend guard blocks direct API usage.
